His back tuck is badHe's jumping backwards while he does it. Not much, only slightly but it makes it look messy.You should jump straight up like you are trying to land on your back, then throw your knees in to flip you. When you come to the point you are facing the ground. Spot your landing and start to untuck.Then its a matter of how you land, one foot in front of the other, both feet together, both feet apart.Myself i prefer both feet together, looks more professional.

For the back tuck, when you tuck your knees, do you pull back with your knees to go backwards?
