it takes a real scumbag piece of garbage to scam people this way. Money is not something easy to spend, especially in todays world, and for lowlife douchebags to take advantage of people and sell them services and to not perform them is really disgusting and very wrong. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is the reason that I do all of my mechanical work, I do my own oil changes, and other repairs. If I was taken for a ride by one of these jerks, I'd punch them in the face. friggin losers

Terible. I must say though not all jiffy lubes do this. Their are some ppl out there that slide through the cracks and take advantage of ppl. But some of the corporations still have pride and take customer service seriously.

Well it is 2009 and jiffy lube still stealing from customers. When you go in to ask for a oil change just say you want a basic oil change and nothing else. They will still try and bill you for a full service oil change when they are done with your car. 39.00 vs 99.00 dollars.

I had a problem with a jiffylube in va beach I had put a new air filter in my wife car drove 4 miles to jiffylube to get an oli change they told me I needed a new air filter in my car I told the man that was funny that one only hade 4 miles on it an told hem that I was going to report him to the local news chanel but got a free oil change instead.

Only an IDIOT like you think this way. So, people choose to take their car to stupid place like Jiffy or EZ lube (for whatever reason, money convenience, etc) knowing that they are not real Auto Technicians and they don't deserve the the service (SHAFT) they get?
