There's no particular song that he's "making it like", it's a typical Blues progression. It's a really common one, but one of the most famous songs it's in is Mannish Boy by Muddy Waters. And, I guess, more recently, Bad to the Bone by George Thorogood, but the good stuff is from back in the day. Check out some blues, man. You'll like it.
