I enjoyed the video, the basement is such a mess right now full of cardio machines it's all I had room for. I found some of the leg exercises very difficult, I guess I need to work into them.

cheap way of doing this...buy some bunggee like that you find around a tarpoline tie two loops in it and your away you can also skip with it once you find the exsersices easy use two buggees together or even plat them hoofing.....

Ooops.. I should have waited until the end of the video to ask my question regarding when to inhale and when to exhale. You made it very clear as the video progressed. Thanks so much for getting those of us started who kind of felt hopeless. So breath OUT when pulling; breathe IN when going back to original position. Check! :)

I'm slow lol.. do you breath inwards when you are contracting the muscle (the first part of the resistance) or when you are bringing your arms back to the original position? Does this rule of thumb stay with all the different workout options or does it vary? (the breathing) Thanks!
