I missunderstood.He's saying he's a puppet to those above him, but that he has power over those under him...What he was actually refering to was the fact that the labour party came in with 36% of the vote. Meaning, the opposition votes were so divided between the other parties that only 36% of those that voted did so for the winning party...

This is an excellent interview, the one that really opened my eyes to the depth of the New World Order. A great starting point I think to introduce people to Icke who are still a bit suspicious. You can tell straight off he knows what he's talking about, plenty of highly relevant political knowledge. Although most people I'm sure aren't quite there with the reptilian side of things, there is no doubting the existence of a malevolent faction wanting a one world government, etc.
