if got a question, i am 13 and now i just got a 4 pack if i try to train me lower abs i just hurt my back, what can i do?

Aren't you the "Drinking Beer Song" guy? :-)Lower Biceps... possibly... two heads and crosses two joints.Lower Triceps... possibly... three heads and crosses two joints.Lower Calves... maybe... depends on which of the dozen or so muscles you are talking about.Lower abs... I understand your point, but with "lower" abs, I'm really only referring to the upper body being anchored and beginning the contraction from the distal attachment.It's really just semantics. :-)Doug

i can tell you have a good understanding of angles and how the body works just by a couple of statements but this lower ab stuff is just silly. do you do , lower bicep's? lower triceps? lower calves? how could you ever finish a workout or burn calories etc... you are smarter than this , and i can tell , just because people don't know shyz doesn't mean you should drop down to their level. !!!!#1 lower ab workout is eating correctly and moving more !!!!
